Fees & Tuition
Our school fees are fully inclusive and cover the cost of Playball, catering, and visiting educational shows. Provision is also made in the budget for continuous training and courses to ensure our staff is nurtured, stimulated and inspired.
Enrollment Fee
Parents are required to pay a once-off, non-refundable enrollment fee of R3,000 for each child enrolling for the first time. This fee is payable to confirm the child’s acceptance to the school and to cover the administration costs of enrolling a child to the school. In certain circumstances, and in the sole discretion of the School, this fee will be reduced or waived.

Payments Terms and Policies
We offer school on a 12 month basis, (even if only attending 3 days per week). Therefore all months from date of enrollment are charged for regardless of holidays, term breaks or personal leave taken within the enrolled month or thereafter.
All children enrolled into the school are considered full-time, including children enrolled for 3 days per week. We do not offer “make-up” days due to personal holidays, sick days or calendar days taken off.
Only children enrolled in the younger playgroup class (with Felicity) are eligible for a 3 days week option. All other classes are 5 days per week. The daily rate is R393.75 per day.
School fees are billed and due in advance (Additional fees—such as aftercare or raffle tickets—are billed at the end of the month)
On one term’s (3 months) written notice of intention to remove your child from school is required, failing which parents will be held responsible for a full term’s fees.
Subsidies
Qualifying parents may apply to the Board for the possible grant of a subsidy.
Subsidies are not guaranteed and are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Parents previously granted a subsidy must re-apply each year for the subsidy.
Discounts
Parents who pay fees in advance for the year by 10 January will be entitled to a 7,5% discount.
Parents who pay fees in advance per term will be entitled to a 5% discount on the fees paid before the start of term.
Parents who pay fees on a monthly basis qualify for a sibling discount. Siblings must be enrolled at the school at the same time.
First child — full fees
Second child — 5% discount
Third child — 7.5% discount
Discounts do not compound. This means that there is either the early payment discount OR the sibling discount allocated.
Outstanding Fees
If parents default on payment of School Fees for two consecutive months, then unfortunately the child or children will not be able to attend school. The child or children will need to be removed from class until the fees are up to date. Parents will be expected to sign an Acknowledgment of Debt for the outstanding fees and the School will be able to take any action against the parents that it deems appropriate. A failure to sign an Acknowledgment of Debt will not prevent the School from being able to recover the outstanding fees through appropriate channels and at all times, the parents will remain liable for the outstanding fees.
Sabbaticals & Leaving the School
Parents are expected to pay school fees in full whether the child attends school or not. One term’s (3 months) written notice of intention to remove your child from school is required, failing which parents will be held responsible for a full term’s fees.
